We had CityPASSes for our recent trip to NYC and they saved valuable time in ticket lines, especially at the Empire State Building and Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Hi.
I’m trying to enter your contest for the City Pass.
My girlfriend and I have never been to NYC and we said this year we will knock this off our bucket list and then I see your site!!
Coincidence…I think not 🙂
We researched City Pass and found it comparable to none and had already planned on purchasing these.
We are close to 60, but young and vibrant at heart. We want to see and do everything we can as fast as we can.
City Pass is the logical solution.
We are coming from Toronto, Ontario and plan to spend 4 days and nights exploring.
Like Bon Jovi says “I’ll sleep when I’m dead!” And so will we 😀
Thank you for this great contest!!

What a wonderful contest! I read about CityPass when looking at visiting Chicago a year or two ago, though never ended up going (and therefore not getting a CityPass). I think the whole concept behind the passes is brilliant — what a great way to see many wonderful things, at a more affordable price!
Thanks for being involved in this, and everything that you share with us here on your blog!

Lesley,
We used City Pass the first time we visited New York. They are really helpful when you’ve never been to a certain city before.

Many European cities like Leipzig and Dresden in Germany or Zuerich in Switzerland offer them, too. They usually combine public transport with tourist attractions, allowing you to travel for free in the city, once the city pass has been validated at a little machine on the tram, train or bus.

I hope that you had fun in Atlanta, my home state’s capitol. Every now and then, I miss it, but then, that’s what international teaching is all about – seeing new places. I did not know about the cityPass – that’s a nice thing to know for visits home!!
