After a little bit of encouragement from my husband this evening, I’ve decided to share my Hard Rock Vallarata water slide video. There is nothing graceful or reserved about it, but my enjoyment of the hotel and all of its amenities is obvious.
Watch it tonight because I may have one of those, “What was I thinking” moments tomorrow and take it down. As for now, I’m having the time of my life with my family. Enjoy!

Good GoPro! (I presume.) What resolution and fps did you use? My vids always come out shaky and I’m not even using a water slide.

My Inner-Kid is as delightfully jealous as an Inner-Kid could possibly be! As gorgeous as my own surroundings are, I *can’t* just waterslide into the Pacific near Big Sur. Thanks for letting us enjoy a vicarious bit of whimsy, Lesley. The Hard Rock Vallarta looks utterly delightful and even if I cannot duplicate your sliding experience at this particular moment, nothing is stopping me from rustling-up a batch of Piña Coladas ;-}

Totally fun, Lesley! And I wanna know what camera you use and how you rigged that little pole to you camera. Is that a it you can buy? Very cool! I gotta get one!

The camera is a GoPro 3 and the stick is called xshot 2.0
I love both of them; totally worth the investment. 🙂
