Canada Day Fireworks from Atop Fairmont Chateau Laurier

I didn’t think I would ever step inside Fairmont Chateau Laurier let alone watch the CanadaFairmont Château Laurier Day fireworks from the roof-top, the best view in Canada. I’ll explain how I got there in a full post over in the next few days, but for now I wanted to give you a glimpse of the view. I’d write more now but I’m having too much fun in Ottawa to stop for a post. This city has endless possibilities.

  2. I look forward to hearing how the roof top view for the fireworks. I have been lucky enough to stay at the Chateau Laurier several times. I am also old enough to have stayed there while it was still a CP hotel and some of the staff had served the likes of Churchhill. The place to me was even more special back then, but I never made it to the rooftop let alone on Canada Day.

  3. Wow they are just some spectacular images. I have friends who’ve recently moved to Canada. I know they’re enjoying, amongst many other things, the celebrations. I’ll be hoping to visit there one day.
